Product images are for representation only
We reserve right to modify product descriptions/prices
Shelf life details mentioned are under proper storage conditions

4. Orders & Pricing

Prices include GST as applicable
Delivery charges calculated at checkout & as applicable & subject to change without notice.
We reserve right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspicious activity
Order confirmation subject to payment verification

5. Payment Methods

We accept:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/Rupay)
UPI Payments
Net Banking
Cash On Delivery

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery through delivery partners or fulfillment agencies.
Same-day delivery for orders before 6 PM
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
Cold chain maintained throughout transit

7. Cancellations & Returns

Pre-delivery cancellations: Within 1 hour of order or via call
Post-delivery returns:
- Damaged/incorrect items
- Quality issues reported within 1 hours
- Supported with photo evidence
No returns for perishable items post-delivery

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use site for illegal purposes
Upload harmful content
Reverse engineer any site components
Interfere with site security
Engage in fraudulent activities

These terms shall be governed by Indian laws. Any disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
